Innovation Management

How to create products, services, and business models that deliver economic, ecological, and social value? Professional innovation management (aligned with the ISO 56000 standards family, augmented by generative AI), systematically combines proven practices, methods, and sustainable business model design patterns to identify opportunities, reduce uncertainty, and translate ideas into new sources of sustainable value and growth. It enables organizations to develop new or improved products and services, while also creating innovative business models.

  • AI-augmented Product and Service Innovation

We support you throughout the innovation funnel, from futures exploration and opportunity identification through ideation, selection, prototyping, and evaluation to the scaling of products and services that address meaningful needs and create sustainable value. AI can augment the process by diversifying ideas, testing concepts, extracting customer insights, and detecting market signals.

  • Business Model Design

Business model innovation often starts with a strategic review of values-at-stake, strategic goals and emerging market opportunities. Proven design patterns and systematic experimentation enable organizations to turn technological, societal, and environmental challenges into viable new business opportunities.

  • Innovation Culture

Organizations can build the cultural capacity for repeatable and impactful sustainable innovation by conceiving shared values and addressing values-action gaps, co-creating targeted interventions, and cultivating the practices, methods, capabilities, and supporting artefacts needed to translate sustainability ambitions into environmental, social, and economic value (Sustainable Innovation Cultures).

  • Ecosystem Innovation

Organizations can connect distributed assets, capabilities, and decision-making while designing the shared interfaces, incentives, and governance that enable independent partners to jointly create, deliver, and capture sustainable value at scale. Recent developments in IT and telecommunication accelerate the development of new business ecosystems.
